Account Deletion Instructions

This page applies to Breeze Pixel Studio (Google Play app package name: com.windpix.app). If you wish to delete your Breeze Pixel Studio account, please follow the steps below to submit an account deletion request within the app.

How to Request Account Deletion

1. Open the Breeze Pixel Studio app and log in to the account you want to delete.
2. Go to the My page or open the sidebar.
3. Tap your avatar to enter the Edit Profile page.
4. Tap the Delete Account button on the page to enter the account deletion page.
5. Confirm your account information and the impact of deletion as prompted on the page.
6. If your account is not yet bound to an email address, please bind one first. Account deletion requires email verification for confirmation and notifications.
7. After submitting the deletion request, your account will enter a cooling-off period. During this period, your current login session will be invalidated, and you will not be able to log in or use the account normally.

If you are unable to log into your account or complete the request within the app, please contact us via the in-app feedback feature and provide information that can verify account ownership.

How to Cancel Deletion

Once the deletion request is submitted, it enters a cooling-off period. The default cooling-off period is 7 days, and the actual number of days is subject to the in-app prompt.

During the cooling-off period, you can cancel the deletion request via email verification:

1. Select Cancel Deletion on the login page or the deletion prompt page.
2. Enter the email address bound when submitting the deletion request.
3. Obtain and enter the email verification code.
4. After submission, your account will be restored to normal.

Once the cooling-off period ends, the deletion cannot be undone, and the relevant data will be permanently deleted or anonymized.

Data That Will Be Deleted

After the cooling-off period ends and deletion is completed, we will delete or anonymize the following account-related data:

• Account information: Username, password hash, nickname, avatar, background image, gender, bio, email address, and other account and profile information.
• Content and community contributions: Works, collections, comments, uploaded files, inspiration content, and other content associated with the account.
• Interaction data: Likes, favorites, follows, follower relationships, notifications, badges, levels, experience points, and other account-related interaction data.
• Authentication data: Current account login tokens and server-side token records.

Once deletion is complete, the account and the above data cannot be recovered.

Data That Will Be Retained and Retention Period

To fulfill legal obligations, maintain service security, prevent abuse, or preserve community content context, some data may not be immediately deleted:
