Welcome to Breeze Pixel Studio (hereinafter referred to as "this App"). This Agreement is a contract between you and the operator of Breeze Pixel Studio (hereinafter referred to as "we") regarding the use of this App's services. Please read and fully understand all terms of this Agreement before using this App.
If you do not agree with any content of this Agreement, please stop using this App immediately. Your use of this App constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the binding nature of this Agreement.
1. Scope and Acceptance of the Agreement
1.1 Scope of Applicable Subjects
This Agreement is between you and the operator of this App regarding the use of this App's services. "You" refers to users who register, log in, and use this App's services through the authentication mechanism provided by this App.
1.2 Relationship and Conflict of Agreements
This Agreement includes the Privacy Policy, and you must also comply with specific service terms/rules when using particular services of this App. In case of conflict between this Agreement and specific service terms/rules, the specific service terms/rules shall prevail.
1.3 Changes to the Agreement
We reserve the right to modify the terms of this Agreement when necessary. Changes will be notified to you through in-app announcements or other appropriate means. If you continue to use this App after the Agreement is changed, it constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
2. Account Registration and Management
2.1 Registration Qualifications
- You must be at least 14 years old to register and use this App. Minors under 14 must register and use this App under the guidance and supervision of a guardian.
- Your registration information must be true, lawful, and valid.
- Each user may register only one account. Accounts may not be gifted, lent, rented, transferred, or sold in any way.
2.2 Registration Information
- Required information: Username, password, nickname
- Optional information: Email
- The registration information you provide must be true and accurate. You are responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate information.
2.3 Account Security
- You are obligated to properly keep your account and password. You are responsible for any losses caused by the leakage of your account and password due to your own reasons.
- You should properly manage your authentication tokens. If you discover unauthorized use of your account, you should notify us immediately.
- We take the following security measures to protect your account:
- Passwords are encrypted and stored using the PBKDF2 algorithm
- Dual token mechanism (Access Token + Refresh Token)
- Refresh Token rotation mechanism; old tokens automatically invalidated after use
- Server-side token revocation on logout
2.4 Account Deletion
- You have the right to apply for account deletion at any time. Deletion path: Personal Settings → Account Deletion.
- After submitting a deletion request, a cooling-off period begins, during which you can log in and cancel the deletion.
- After the cooling-off period ends, the account and associated data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
- After deletion:
- Your public profile, works, collections, etc. will be deleted or anonymized
- Your social relationships (following/followers) will be dissolved
- Your level, experience points, titles, and other virtual assets will be cleared and cannot be recovered
3. Service Content
3.1 Core Services
This App provides the following core services:
- Pixel art creation: Provides a pixel art drawing editor with multi-layer, animation frames, and various drawing tools
- Artwork management: Supports saving, exporting (images/GIFs), publishing, editing, and deleting works
- Community interaction: Supports publishing, browsing, liking, collecting, and following works
- Collections: Supports creating and managing artwork collections
- Topics: Supports creating and participating in topic activities
- Color palettes: Provides color combination and palette tools
- Personal homepage: Displays user profile, works, collections, and social information
3.2 Auxiliary Services
- Image to pixel art: Converts reference images to pixel art style
- Bead art viewer: Converts pixel art to bead art reference images
- Image export: Supports multiple formats and sizes for export
- Notification system: System notifications, interaction notifications
- Multi-language support: Chinese, English
- Cross-platform support: iOS, Android, Web, Windows, macOS, Linux
3.3 Service Changes
We may add, modify, or terminate some service features based on business development needs. Major changes will be notified to you in advance.
4. User Conduct Standards
4.1 Your Conduct Standards
When using this App, you must comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and must not use this App to engage in the following activities:
- Violating the constitution or laws and regulations
- Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity
- Harming the legitimate rights and interests of the state, collectives, or others
- Disseminating obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent, murderous, or terrorist content, or inciting crime
- Insulting or defaming others, infringing on others' legitimate rights and interests
- Spreading false information and disrupting social order
- Spreading viruses, Trojans, and other malicious programs
- Infringing on others' intellectual property rights
- Other acts that violate laws, regulations, rules, and social morality
4.2 Artwork Publishing Standards
When publishing works, you must comply with the following rules:
- Original declaration: If the work is original, you may mark it with an original identifier; non-original works must indicate the source or obtain authorization
- Content compliance: Work content must not contain illegal or non-compliant information
- Daily limit: There is a daily limit for publishing works, as indicated in the app
- Review mechanism: Published works may be subject to review and will only be publicly displayed after approval
4.3 Personal Profile Modification Restrictions
To ensure account security and community order, the following personal profile modifications are subject to frequency limits:
- Nickname changes
- Avatar changes
- Gender changes
- Background image changes
Specific limit counts and periods are indicated in the app.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Your Rights
- The intellectual property of pixel art works you create through this App belongs to you.
- You have the right to determine the visibility of your works (public/private) and whether to allow others to download them.
- You have the right to delete your published works at any time.
5.2 Our Rights
- The intellectual property of this App's software belongs to us, including but not limited to: software code, interface design, icons, documentation, etc.
- The intellectual property of color data, font resources, material templates, and other content in this App belongs to the original authors or us.
5.3 Authorization License
- By publishing public works, you authorize other users to browse, like, and collect those works within this App.
- Works you allow to be downloaded may be downloaded by other users for personal non-commercial use.
- We have the right to display your published public works within the App (including recommendations, topics, etc.), with author information indicated.
5.4 Infringement Handling
- If you discover content within this App that infringes on your intellectual property, please contact us through the in-app feedback channel, and we will process it promptly after verification.
- If content you publish is reported for infringement, we have the right to take measures such as removal or restricted display based on review results.
6. Virtual Assets and Membership
6.1 Virtual Assets
The following content in this App constitutes virtual assets:
- Experience Points (EXP) and Levels: Obtained through using the app and participating in activities
- Titles: Earned through level advancement, achievement completion, event participation, memberships, etc.
- Title types include: level titles, achievement titles, event titles, membership titles
- Title rarities include: common, rare, epic, legendary
- Some titles are time-limited and automatically expire after the designated period
- VIP Membership: Membership status with specific privileges
6.2 Virtual Asset Rules
- Virtual assets are valid only within this App and do not have real monetary value
- Virtual assets cannot be transferred, gifted, traded, or exchanged for cash
- Upon account deletion, all virtual assets will be cleared and cannot be recovered
- Virtual assets may be reset to zero if an account is banned due to user violations
7. Disclaimer
7.1 Service Interruption
We are not liable for compensation for service interruptions caused by the following circumstances:
- Service suspension due to system maintenance or upgrades
- Service interruption due to force majeure (natural disasters, government actions, etc.)
- Service interruption due to network failures, telecommunication line failures, etc.
- Service interruption due to third-party service (e.g., Cloudflare) failures
7.2 User Content
- You bear full responsibility for the content you publish
- We do not conduct substantive review of user-published content, but have the right to take necessary measures in accordance with the law
- Disputes arising from user content shall be resolved by the relevant parties themselves
7.3 Data Security
- We have taken reasonable security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute information security
- We are not liable for compensation for information leakage caused by force majeure or reasons not attributable to us
- You should back up important data yourself; data loss due to failure to back up is your responsibility
7.4 Third-Party Services
This App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not under our control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, etc. of third-party websites or services.
8. Breach of Contract
8.1 Violations
If you violate the provisions of this Agreement, we have the right to take one or more of the following measures:
- Warning notification
- Restricting use of certain features
- Temporary account ban
- Permanent account ban
- Deleting violating content
- Clearing virtual assets
8.2 Account Bans
- Banned accounts will not be able to log in and use app services
- Ban types include temporary bans and permanent bans
- After a temporary ban period ends, if the violation has been corrected, you may apply for unbanning
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 Agreement Effectiveness
The effectiveness, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
9.2 Dispute Handling
Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement should first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court having jurisdiction over our location.
9.3 Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it does not affect the effectiveness of other provisions.

10.1 Notices
We may send you notices through the following methods:
- In-app announcements
- In-app notification messages
- Your bound email address
10.2 Assignment of Agreement
Without our written consent, you may not assign your rights and obligations under this Agreement to any third party.
10.3 Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and other provisions shall remain in effect.
10.4 Entire Agreement
This Agreement (including the Privacy Policy and specific service terms/rules) constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of this App, superseding any prior oral or written communications.
